1-tea is a curated collection of handcrafted ceramic teaware — gaiwans, teacups, pitchers, and accessories — designed for tea lovers who value craftsmanship, simplicity, and the ritual of a quiet cup. Each piece is handmade, and slight variations in glaze, shape, and brushwork are part of the art.

3. Products and Availability

All products shown on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free. Because each piece is handmade, the item you receive may have subtle differences from the product photo — this is intentional and part of the character of handcrafted ceramics.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely through our payment partners. By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is valid and authorized.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and selected shipping method. 7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your 1-tea pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. All content on this Site — including images, text, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of 1-tea and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
